  • The broader global money-movement ecosystem.

All content published through GPIR is provided for general informational, educational, research and analytical purposes only.

2. Not Financial or Professional Advice

Nothing contained on Fintechoisis or within GPIR constitutes:

  • Financial advice;
  • Investment advice;
  • Banking advice;
  • Legal advice;
  • Tax advice;
  • Accounting advice;
  • Regulatory advice;
  • Compliance advice;
  • Business or commercial advice;
  • Payment-processing advice;
  • A recommendation to enter into any financial transaction;
  • An offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial product or instrument; or
  • A guarantee of any financial, commercial or investment outcome.

Users should seek appropriate professional advice before making decisions that may have financial, legal, regulatory, investment or commercial consequences.

3. Research and Intelligence Purpose

GPIR is designed to help users research, understand and connect developments across the financial-services ecosystem. The Repository may provide historical research, market intelligence, country intelligence, regional intelligence, regulatory information, industry analysis, data and statistics, charts and visualisations, market comparisons, research publications, forecasts, projections, analytical interpretations, and technology-assisted research tools.

The purpose of providing such information is to support research and understanding rather than to replace independent professional judgement.

4. Accuracy and Completeness

Reasonable efforts are made to research, source, organise and contextualise information before publication. However, GPIR does not guarantee that information available through the platform is complete, accurate, current, error-free, unchanged, suitable for a particular purpose, or continuously available.

Financial-services information can change rapidly. Regulatory requirements may change, companies may update disclosures, market statistics may be revised, and historical information may subsequently be corrected. Users should verify material information against the relevant primary or authoritative source before relying upon it.

5. Sources and Third-Party Information

GPIR may use information originating from central banks, financial regulators, government agencies, international organisations, banks, financial institutions, payment networks, fintech companies, money-transfer organisations, industry associations, academic institutions, research organisations, public databases, company disclosures, and other publicly available sources.

The inclusion or discussion of information from a third-party source does not constitute endorsement of that source or the organisation to which it relates. Third-party information remains subject to the responsibility and methodology of the original publisher. Where possible, GPIR seeks to identify and reference relevant sources.

6. Public Information and Editorial Analysis

GPIR may distinguish between Documented Evidence — information supported by an identifiable source; Derived Data or Analysis — information calculated, organised or interpreted from available evidence; and Editorial Analysis — contextual interpretation, observations or conclusions developed by GPIR.

Users should consider these distinctions when interpreting Repository content. An analytical statement or interpretation should not automatically be treated as an established fact.

7. Data, Statistics and Market Intelligence

The Repository may publish or reference transaction volumes, market sizes, growth rates, market shares, country statistics, corridor data, financial metrics, industry estimates, forecasts, projections, derived calculations, and other quantitative information.

Data from different sources may use different definitions, reporting periods, currencies, geographic classifications, methodologies, sampling approaches, and measurement techniques. Accordingly, figures that appear comparable may not always be directly comparable. Users are responsible for reviewing source information, methodology and definitions before using data for professional, commercial or other material purposes.

8. Forecasts and Forward-Looking Information

Certain GPIR content may include forecasts, projections, scenarios, estimates or other forward-looking information. Forward-looking information is inherently uncertain and may be affected by economic conditions, regulatory developments, technological change, market competition, consumer behaviour, currency movements, geopolitical developments, policy decisions, financial-market conditions, and other factors that cannot be reliably predicted.

Actual outcomes may differ materially from projections. No forecast or projection published by GPIR should be interpreted as a guarantee of future performance or market conditions.

9. AI, Automated Research and Intelligence Tools

As GPIR develops, the platform may introduce technology-assisted capabilities including intelligent search, automated research retrieval, country intelligence, regulatory intelligence, data discovery, automated classification, artificial intelligence, machine-learning systems, natural-language processing, research summarisation, knowledge graphs, alerts, and other automated intelligence functions.

Such tools may retrieve, classify, summarise or interpret information automatically. Automated or AI-assisted results may contain errors, omissions, incorrect classifications, outdated information, incomplete context, or incorrect interpretations.

Accordingly, intelligence generated through such tools should be treated as a research aid and not as an authoritative source of fact. Users should verify material findings against the underlying source.

10. No Transactional or Regulated Financial Service

Fintechoisis and GPIR are currently intended primarily as research and intelligence platforms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the platform does not process payments; transfer money; hold customer funds; provide banking services; provide remittance services; execute financial transactions; provide investment management; provide financial products; or act as a financial intermediary.

The appearance of information about a bank, fintech, payment service provider, money-transfer organisation, financial institution, payment network or other financial-services entity does not mean that GPIR provides or facilitates services on behalf of that organisation.

11. No Endorsement

References to companies, financial institutions, regulators, payment networks, technology providers, products, services, jurisdictions or organisations do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, certification, agency, affiliation, or commercial relationship, unless expressly stated.

Company profiles and references are intended to support research and market understanding.

13. Intellectual Property

The underlying facts referenced within GPIR may originate from public or third-party sources. However, original GPIR research, analysis, organisation, compilation, methodology, visualisations, datasets, written content and other original intellectual property may be protected under applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unauthorised reproduction, commercial redistribution or systematic extraction of Repository content may be prohibited. Please refer to the Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy for further information.

14. No Sole Reliance

Users should not rely exclusively upon GPIR for decisions involving material financial, investment, regulatory, legal, tax, commercial, operational, or strategic consequences.

Where a decision is material, users should consult appropriate primary sources and qualified professionals. GPIR is intended to support research and informed thinking, not replace professional judgement.

15. Historical Information

The Repository is intended to preserve and document the evolution of financial services over time. Some information may therefore represent historical conditions, regulations, technologies, market structures or business models that are no longer current.

Historical information should not automatically be interpreted as representing current market conditions. Where appropriate, users should check the publication date and underlying source.

16. Research Corrections and Updates

GPIR may update, correct or supplement published information when new evidence becomes available or an error is identified. However, we do not guarantee that every historical publication will be immediately updated following a change in the underlying information.

Users should consider the publication date and subsequent developments when interpreting research. Where appropriate, corrections or updates may be recorded separately to preserve research continuity.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fintechoisis, GPIR, its Founder & Editorial Curator, contributors, researchers, contractors and service providers shall not be liable for losses arising from reliance upon information available through the platform.

This includes, to the extent permitted by law, losses arising from errors or omissions; outdated information; incorrect interpretation; forecasts or projections; market data; third-party information; automated or AI-generated results; external links; website interruptions; or decisions made using Repository information.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Future Development of GPIR

GPIR is intended to develop progressively into a broader intelligence platform. Future capabilities may include global development tracking, country and regional intelligence, regulatory monitoring, market intelligence, cross-border payment intelligence, research databases, interactive dashboards, data tools, automated retrieval, AI-assisted research, alerts and notifications, and other intelligence capabilities.

The availability, scope and methodology of such capabilities may change over time. Any future service may be subject to additional terms, disclaimers or usage conditions.

19. Independent Editorial Position

GPIR is founded and curated by Vishal Krishnan and is intended to maintain an independent, research-driven editorial approach. The Founder may draw upon professional experience across payments, banking, remittances, fintech, financial infrastructure and cross-border money movement when developing research and analytical perspectives.

Such experience does not mean that any particular publication represents the views, policies or interests of any current or former employer, client, partner or professional organisation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, research published on Fintechoisis represents the editorial work and perspective of GPIR.
